1. Booking & Payment
Full upfront payment is required to secure each appointment.
Full payment for the 3-session package is $360 (inc. promotion), which includes a complimentary pair of Chelsey Jean lymphatic massage gloves valued at $42.
Packages are non-transferable and intended for the use of the purchaser only.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour prior to your booking.
Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being retained. This may be applied toward a future booking or forfeited.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
3. Refunds & Package Use
No refunds are available for partially used packages.
If you experience an issue with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can offer a resolution.
Missed or forfeited sessions will not be refunded.
4. Health & Safety
This service is a supportive wellness treatment and is not a substitute for medical care.
Always consult with a qualified health practitioner before beginning any new health program, including massage or detox.
If you are pregnant, experiencing illness, or have a chronic medical condition, please advise us prior to your appointment. We may request a medical clearance before proceeding.
