Not at all! Whether you’re completely new to fermentation or coming back to deepen your skills, this workshop is for you. Beginners will get step-by-step guidance, while returning guests often pick up new tips, build confidence, and enjoy the supportive community vibe all over again.
You will need to bring; a sharp knife, a large mixing bowl and a glass jar at least 500ml with a good lid. All ingredients are provided. You will receive a fermenting guide prior to the workshop which you may print out or keep on your phone to follow along on the day if you wish.
Maybe a little – in the fun way. We will be using our hands to massage the veggies and release their juices. Aprons provided!
